Credit Card Security
In order to protect consumers from credit card fraud, 'Ship to' and 'Bill to' names & addresses must match up. We will have to cancel any order that does not have a matching name & address. This is to ensure that only authorized purchases are being made and that a stolen card is not being used. We take extra steps to screen diligently for fraudulent credit card activity. We are determined to do our part in protecting consumers by making online shopping safe & secure and to pursue all fraudulent suspicions to the fullest extent of the law.
We offer USPS Priority Mail for all shipments (2-3 day delivery). Your package should arrive in 7 - 10 days. Delivery confirmation is included in all rates.
All packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Please be sure that you provide us with a secure mailing address/location. We are not responsible for packages that have positive delivery confirmation.

For orders outside the US please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Shipping options that will be available at checkout are: USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times are based on location & may take up to a few weeks. Shipping rates are based on package weight and destination. Please contact us with any questions, using the link at the bottom of the screen. In order to protect consumers, we have increased our Fraud Screening Measures significantly. We do not ship to every country worldwide. You may contact us, or see at checkout, if shipping is available to your country. For international orders above $250, we ask for a faxed copy of the front and back of your credit card.
Products & Sizing
Almost all of our products are as unique as they are beautiful, as they are handmade. Slight variations are the norm with these sort of products and should never be seen as a flaw or imperfection ~ rather it is the result of variation and natural beauty. We suggest, gentle, cold or hand washing most of our products to maintain their color & shape the best. We go to great lengths, creating unique, accurate and detailed descriptions and pictures of each product. This is to ensure that the customer has a thorough and comprehensive understanding about what they are buying. We have an evolving inventory. In efforts to offer a large, diverse and dynamic selection of products, we often stock smaller quantities of certain items. Some of our products we will re-stock ~ others are gone when they are gone! Please keep this in mind if you like to ponder over purchases for a while. New products flow in & out of our store regularl... you'll see changes week to week. So be sure to check back often to see our latest additions! We include all of the 'truly' important information pertaining to each product that often times is unavailable when shopping online. Our goal is to make you truly understand what you are buying ~ we give REAL measurements for all clothes! Often times standard S/M/L/XL type measurements can be rather deceptive. Especially since our clothes, like many other shops, range from juniors to misses to womens and mens sizes. Compare our sizes with a similar piece of clothing you already own if you are unsure about fit and be sure to read about the fabric, any buttons, ties, zippers or elastic that may play a role in the fit. By joining our mailing list, you will receive occasional emails with discounts, specials & coupons. The information you supply us with will be used solely for this purpose. We do not send out more than one email a month. We hate junk email as much as you do... rest assured that your information will NEVER be shared with anyone... or used for any other purpose.
We want you to be happy. We try, for everyone's sake, to prevent returns by including a thorough description of each item. However, we do understand that returns may still be necessary at times. As returns are costly and we strive to keep our prices very affordable; we cannot offer cash refunds. We do offer store credit for any returns. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.) Should you find yourself in a situation where you would like to make a return, please follow these steps below which ensure an easy process for everyone. (Please note: Due to our highly fluctuating inventory, we do not 'exchange' items. Please do not send an item back to us with a request for another size or another item. We treat all items sent back as returns meaning we will issue you a store credit for the returned merchandise.)
- Products can be returned for a merchandise credit only, for 30 days from the date of receipt ~ meaning we will need to be contacted for a return authorization number and the merchandise must be shipped within this 30 day period.
- Do not return anything without contacting us first! No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Please send us an email with your order info, the item(s) you want to return and a brief explanation why you are making a return.
- We will respond with a return authorization number and return shipping address.
- All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, TAGS ATTACHED and in the same condition in with the product arrived! (Please fold item neatly, do not squish it in a tiny box, etc.) We will contact you when your return is processed to confirm the transaction and to provide you with your store credit - for the full amount of the product returned. It will be valid for 1 year.
***Any package that is refused or returned to us will be treated as a refund & we will issue store credit for the merchandise.***
We are a small business with high standards for quality. In order to keep our product prices as low as we do and maintain excellent product quality, we must be firm with these guidelines. Please do not contact us for a return if you cannot meet this criteria.
