A medium measures approximately 28.5 inches in length and 45 inches across the chest � pulled completely taught, armpit to armpit. Be sure to allow a few inches for a comfortable fit, these shirts run a bit small. A large measures about 29.5 inches in length and 48 inches around the chest.
