"This soft & cool rayon pants flow like comfortable skirt. They have an elastic waist and several tiers that get wider towards the billowy hem. These pants are a free size item, meaning not that they will fit everyone, but that they come in just one size. The waist measures about 28 inches unstretched but stretched softly & comfortably to about 35 inches. The length is 40 inches. The narrowest part of the pants is the top tier which hits the thigh, about 13 inches down from the waist. It measures about 24 inches around. This fabric does not stretch, so you want to make sure you have a little room at this narrowest part of the pants. The other tiers flare out, so fit won't be a concern with them. We love the pj like comfort blended with the bohemian free-spirited that these pants exude! "
