This long, flowy, vibrant skirt has gorgeous, patches from waist to hem. It is made of a light-weight cotton & has a carefree sway with every move you make. You can layer this in the cooler months , pair it with a tank or slip it on over a bathing suit in the warmer ones. As far as sizing, this skirt runs a bit small in the waist & has a firmer elastic, so if you are in-between sizes, we suggest ordering up a size. A small measures 26 inches in the waist unstretched and can stretch easily to about 30 inches. It is about 37 inches long. A large measures 30 inches in the waist unstretched and can stretch to about 36 inches. It is 41 inches long. Patches will vary... as is the beauty of patchwork! :0)
