A beautiful, embroidered & sequined, floral embellishment is located on the front left towards the hem. Girly eyelet finishes off this flowy, twirly skirt perfectly. A medium measures 29" in length. It has an unstretched waist of 26" (the waist is 4" of smocking) and stretches up to 38" comfortably The large is about 30" long. Unstretched, the waist is 28" and it can stretch up to about 40".
