Twinkle Tie-Dyed Tiered Fair Trade Tank Top & Skirt

This top is going to become a favorite, for sure! Beautiful, tie-dyed tiers cascade down from the tie-dyed, beautifully & colorfully smocked top. Thin straps tie at the shoulders, or can be easily tucked in or snipped off if you prefer a strapless look. Another adorable look for this piece would be to drop it down to your hips for a swirly skirt. Whichever way you choose to wear it, you'll be glad that you did. :) A small measures 24 inches in the bust, stretching comfortably to 30" - 32". A medium measures 26 inches in the bust unstretched, stretching to 32" - 34" easily. It is about 22" long, not including the shoulder ties. A large measures about 28" in the bust, stretching to 34" - 36". (Please note, we are conservative with these 'stretched' measurements. They likely could go up an inch or two & still be comfortable.) Each top is unique and colors will vary, but remain pretty close to the scheme of the one pictured.
